All EU orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times WILL vary by Country.

Customers are responsible for all custom fees applied from their Country.

If you haven't received any email from us within one week, please check your spam/promotion folder.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERES AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER.

IF AN ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WOULD NEED TO CONTACT YOUR SHIPPING COURIER FOR HELP. 

If you send us a wrong address and the package lands back with us, we will initiate a refund excluding shipping.

 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Once item is shipped out we can NO LONGER provide a REFUND.
